 Tamtams in the park With the impending arrival of Mr. Wollerman, a crew descended upon Montreal for a fine spring weekend. With Matt, Helen, and Anna arriving from Toronto, Joe and Dez hosting and myself up from Fredericton, anticipation was high. Rolling with such a solid crew made for solid weekend of clubs, culture, late night poker, a swim in the canal system (frisbee retrieval), and a rainy Tuesday evening Stevie Wonder concert. Summer Madness Given this is my first real post to the site, might as well make it a proper one. For a few weeks now, some of us have been planning a weekend in Montreal (June 26-28) to catch the jazz/reggae festival, take in some culture, and leave a bit of our souls behind. Thus far we have a stellar crew including the likes of Joe Campbell, Matt Steeves, Helen Jamer, Kate Pilgrim, Anna Abbott, and the one and only Mr. Jonny Wollerman (straight from London, England for the weekend!!) I know it’s not an easy mission, but hopefully some of you can make this work. The newly weds (Helmat) are looking to get out and party, married couple style. Jonny is flying from Europe, Me, I’m just looking for a drive to Montreal (from Fredericton/Halifax) and to make the gathering as monumental as we can. For those with no job or home (besides me), we can also check out Stevie Wonder on Tuesday in the park. I may be heading to Toronto after the weekend so for anyone in the TO area. Get in touch.
